Format: Hardcover folio, green cloth with gilt letterpress text and process screen illustration, bound with string, 21pp of colour process screen illustrations with tissue guards, 46.2 x 35.2cm.
Text includes “Review of fashions autumn and winter 1916-1917” and explains the styles, such as “Akron—Novelty one button English sack. Long narrow lapels. Patch pockets. Sleeves half cuffed.” Each image is caption with the style illustrated, and shows men in environments in which they could wear the garments: with a woman playing piano, promenading, at work or with other men and a motor car.
Some foxing and minor tears to edges of some pages and title page, otherwise in very good condition.
