About Kasz Books

Established in 2025 by Dimity Kasz, KASZ BOOKS is the culmination of 15 years working in galleries, bookselling, and collections.

From discovering treasures behind the counter at Sappho Books to handling significant holdings of Australiana, photography, printmaking, and rare books at Josef Lebovic Gallery, KASZ BOOKS has a foot in history and a foot facing forward, bringing fresh eyes to a heritage trade.

We specialise in rare, out of print, fun or bizarre, books and ephemera, with a focus on Australiana, outsider culture, female spheres, and literary miscellany. Every item is selected with an eye to cultural significance, rarity, and aesthetic value.

We offer gift guides, personal library-building services, and can offer services in selling and appraising your special collections.
