All prices are listed in AUD. Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal (AUD only).

Shipping Information

Australia & New Zealand
Flat rate shipping of $8 per order, or free shipping on orders over $175.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post, or courier when appropriate.

International
Flat rate international shipping of $50 for one item applies to all orders.
Additional items will add $25 to the shipping rate, or please contact us for a revised quote.
We ship worldwide using Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx.

Packaging & Handling
All Books and Ephemera are packed with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us — we guarantee it.
International delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, but can take up to 45 days depending on customs delays or location.

Refunds & Returns

All items are guaranteed as described — if we’ve made an error, we’ll refund your purchase including shipping.

Change of mind?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, with return shipping at the buyer’s expense. A full refund of the item price will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

We recommend using Registered Post and insuring your return — Kasz Books is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Tax & Import Duties

Kasz Books is an Australian registered business — ABN: 25 693 865 572 . Australian orders include 10% GST.

For international customers: your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority if you’re unsure.

Missing Parcels
All parcels are sent with tracking.
If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days (Australia) or 20 business days (International), get in touch and we’ll launch an investigation.

Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded in full, but only once the carrier has completed their investigation.
International investigations may take extra time — thanks for your patience.

Unclaimed Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund the item price or offer to reship it upon payment of a new shipping fee.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
